About Amori
Who is Amori?
Based in Cirencester, this family run business has been making Gelato & Sorbet since 2013. As well as supplying caterers, hotels, pubs and restaurants, we also have a “parlour” that is open for the general public to be able to enjoy the products and to observe the production through the huge viewing window onto the lab.
When's the best time to enjoy these?
Our Gelato Cocktails are so new there are no rules. Enjoy them on their own as an after dinner treat! Enjoy them with friends. Celebrate the sunshine and enjoy them alfresco or curl up on a winters evening because… well you deserve it!

Where do your ingredients come from?
Milk and cream sourced from a local dairy farm is pasteurised on site in the factory to ensure that quality and food safety consistency are always maintained. Our flavours come from local spirits and fruit from Hereford that are of the highest standard.
Orders & Payments
Do I need to be over the age of 18 to order?
Yes. Licencing laws state that you must be over the age of 18 to order products containing alcohol.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Smartphone users can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay from their mobile devices.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our payment provider makes sure that all card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
What do I do if my order isn't right?
In the first instance, please call us and let us know that something isn’t right. We pride ourselves in great customer service and will do everything we can to advise what we can do to recify the situation.
Gelato & Sorbet
Is there a difference between gelato and ice cream?
Yes, there is and it all comes down to the fat content. Ice cream has a high fat content, whereas gelato is made using less fat. Gelato flavours are more intense than ice cream. Gelato comes in two types – milk based and fruit based (or sorbet).
What is the difference between gelato and sorbet?
Gelato differs from Sorbet in that it contains milk whereas sorbet does not. Sorbet has a softer consistency than gelato.
Delivery & Returns
Do I need to be over 18 to receive my parcel?
Yes. The courier will ask you to verify your age with photo ID before the parcel is handed over to you.
How do you make sure my parcel doesn't melt?
We use dry ice and natural insulation to keep your parcel nice and cool whilst it is on the way to you. Make sure to put it in the freeer though as soon as it arrives!
How much is delivery?
We provide next-day age-verification delivery via DPD. The cost for this and to keep your order nice and cool is £10 per order. Delivery is free when you spend over £120.
Where does Amori deliver to?
Amori currently delivers to mainland UK.
When will I receive my refund?
If you’ve had an issue and you have reported it to us in the right way, you can expect it to arrive back with you within 7-10 days via the original mathod of payment.
